Matcha and dark chocolate cookies

The rich dark chocolate is the perfect combination with the unique Matcha flavor, creating a seductive and delicious snack!

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g of softened butter
  • 170 g of flour
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 50 g brown cane sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 g of dark chocolate

METHOD

  • Leave the butter out of the refrigerator to soften before you start. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and preheat your oven to 165 °C.

  • Break the chocolate into small pieces.

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, Matcha tea and bicarbonate.

  • In a second bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar, then add the egg and pinch of salt.

  • Using a spatula, combine all the ingredients, then add the chocolate pieces.

  • Make the dough into balls about the size of a tablespoon and arrange them evenly spaced on your baking paper.

  • Place in the oven for 10 to 11 minutes at 165 °C. Leave to cool before eating. Warning: highly addictive!
