The rich dark chocolate is the perfect combination with the unique Matcha flavor, creating a seductive and delicious snack!
INGREDIENTS
- 150 g of softened butter
- 170 g of flour
- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- 50 g brown cane sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 75 g of dark chocolate
METHOD

Leave the butter out of the refrigerator to soften before you start. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and preheat your oven to 165 °C.

Break the chocolate into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the flour, Matcha tea and bicarbonate.

In a second bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar, then add the egg and pinch of salt.

Using a spatula, combine all the ingredients, then add the chocolate pieces.

Make the dough into balls about the size of a tablespoon and arrange them evenly spaced on your baking paper.

Place in the oven for 10 to 11 minutes at 165 °C. Leave to cool before eating. Warning: highly addictive!
